Mr. Manish Manchandya is currently the Executive Vice President Finance & Group CFO of Saudi Electricity Company. He was appointed on this positon on 1 Jan 2020. Prior to being appointed as the Group CFO, Mr. Manish held various positions in SEC and the last one being the Executive Director of Treasury. He joined the company in 2008 and since then have moved upwards and held various roles within the Finance team. Mr. Manish has an extensive experience in Treasury and Corporate Finance, have been actively involved in debt raising activities of the company, and have been very active in capital markets. The Treasury team under his leadership have achieved some historical benchmark transactions in the capital markets like the First Global 30yr SUKUK and the First Green SUKUK by a Corporate from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has keen interest in Digital Transformation and the use of technology to improve financial systems and he leading the digital transformation of SEC’s finance function. Mr. Manish has completed his Executive Program in General Management from MIT Sloan School of Business and holds an MBA with major in Finance.
